Agreement

These terms apply to the L&G Brothers website and to window cleaning, solar panel cleaning, and pressure washing services provided by L&G Brothers in the San Gabriel Valley and parts of Los Angeles, California. By using this website or booking a service, you agree to these terms.

Quotes & Scheduling

Quotes are provided free of charge and are based on the information you give us. Final pricing may be adjusted on-site if the condition or size of the job differs from what was described. We will always confirm pricing with you before starting work.

Your Responsibilities

• Provide safe access to the areas to be cleaned
• Tell us about pre-existing damage, fragile fixtures, or loose panels before work begins
• Ensure pets are secured during the appointment

Payment

Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in advance. We will confirm accepted payment methods when booking.

Our Work

We take care to protect your property and use a de-ionized pure-water system that is gentle on glass, panels, and surfaces. If you are not satisfied with any part of our work, contact us within 48 hours and we will come back to make it right at no charge.

Liability

We are not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing defects, faulty seals, loose fixtures, or conditions we could not reasonably identify before starting work. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in question.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
